Štefan Štefanek, Attorney at Law
I was born in 1974 in Zagreb, where I completed my regular school education. I acquired my master’s degree in law at the Faculty of Law, the University of Zagreb, in 1998. I also completed my internship as a trainee lawyer in Zagreb and became an Attorney-at-Law and a member of the Croatian Bar Association in 2003. I founded an independent law office where I work together with associates. We collaborate with external experts from other professions. I work closely with the Attorney-at-Law Igor Dlačić, the Attorney-at-Law Ivana Markovinović Žunko and Rechtsanwältin Monika Topalović, München. You can see the expertise areas of my legal office on these Web pages. I gladly share the acquired professional knowledge by participating in seminars and lectures. Since 2018, I have been a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Education, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek.

Zvonimir Šestak, Attorney trainee
Zvonimir was born in 1997 in Koprivica. He earned his Master of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb in 2024. He gained practical experience in law firms during his studies and has continued this work since obtaining his master’s degree. Since September 2026, he has been employed at the Štefanek Law Office as a legal trainee. Zvonimir assists with drafting legal documents across the Štefanek Law Office’s practice areas. He is developing independent expertise in specific legal fields, primarily labour law, corporate law, the regulation of the employment status of foreign nationals, land registry law, commercial contracts, and intellectual property law. He drafts business correspondence, commercial contracts, and formal decisions. He also liaises with courts and administrative institutions. Zvonimir works in both Croatian and English.
